Come experience a memorable Wrightsville Beach vacation in this 2nd floor, 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo in Wrightsville Dunes! Nestled in the magnificent dunes in the secluded north end of the island, a wide, white sandy beach awaits you! Accessible only by private walkways, you’ll feel like you have the whole beach to yourself!

Attractively furnished, the kitchen,/dining/ living area opens to your own private balcony with fantastic ocean views. There’s lots to do at Wrightsville Dunes! Lounge poolside at one of the two community swimming pools, or play a set or two on the community tennis court. The family will want to return year after year!

The Wrightsville Dunes complex requires all vehicles to display an HOA issued parking pass while parked on the property in order to avoid citation. Passes are strictly enforced and limited to two per rental unit; no exceptions can be made. All reservations that take place between May to September will require parking passes and must pay $10.00 for the two allowed passes which will be issued to the reservation holder at the time of check in.

There is an elevator for your convenience. Two assigned parking spaces. Occupancy: 6. No Smoking. No Pets.

**Effective January 2, 2019 all vacation rentals of 5-21 nights for this property will have linens included. On 4 nights or less you will still have the option to rent linens or bring your own; linen orders and bed making services can be added to your reservation at cost per the rental contract.**

This unit was exceptionally ready for most anyone’s beach holiday. There were beach chairs, tents and boogie boards. I’m pretty sure I saw baby equiptment, too, like a high chair and a pack and play. The kitchen was also prepared for us with coffee filters, cooking supplies and some spices. The disco era bedroom furniture was in remarkably good condition but the mattresses in the twin bedroom are really ready to be replaced. They were uncomfortable for my teenagers but perhaps they would be okay for younger, lighter children. The whole place could use a little sprucing up and some deep cleaning but that didn’t interfere with our joy of staying there. I liked the wall art as it seemed like it had been gathered by the owner(s) over many years and gave me sense of their personalities. A huge bonus was the enclosed front porch where we placed the beach chairs watched the sunsets over the marshes. Lovely!

It was a perfect condo on the oceanfront with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The views were wonderful to wake up too. The terrace was under cover for those rainy nights but still able to enjoy. Definitely will rebook and be back. Thanks for a great vacation with my family.

The view on this rental is phenomenal. The location was private and quiet. We enjoyed a wonderful vacation here. While we enjoyed the deck and the spaciousness of the rental, this location really needs updating. We are not choosy when it comes to the individual taste or style of others, but amenities that make a comfortable trip. The unit has a slight musty smell to it and the twin mattresses are very uncomfortable. We layered several blankets under my son so it wasn't so springy and uneven. The queen bed and king are in great shape. While the unit was cleaned by staff prior to our arrival, the unit would benefit from a deep cleaning (shampooing carpets and couches). The kitchen was pretty well stocked for cooking needs, but the handheld can opener doesn't turn. Laundry in the unit worked well and was nice. If you need to work from your trip, choose elsewhere. Wifi is EXTREMELY slow. Only one of us could be on a device at a time and webpages took a full minute or more to load. Very frustrating. The unit gave access to beach chairs, hangers, and even boogie boards which was terrific. Overall, we enjoyed our stay because it was ocean front, peaceful and had a great time with family. In the future I would look into something that felt cleaner and more updated so that everything is in better working order (again, not about design).

It is regretful that the WIFI was slow moving and posed some issues for you, I understand that technology can be very frustrating at times. We will send out our maintenance technician to run a diagnostic to see if there are any issues or if it was just being impacted by the service provider (Time Warner Cable). We would also like to apologize for the condition you found the property in, a quick turn around on properties during the summer is the biggest challenge that we face in this industry. We strive to address all issues before a guest checks-in, in that small five-hour window, but we will be sending our housekeeping staff to assess the items you have mentioned (carpet cleaning and mattress condition) and work with the owner to ensure this unit meets our high expectations for our next guest. Thank you for your feedback and we look forward to hosting you and your family for a more memorable vacation next time!

Condo located in quiet neighborhood. Great view of the ocean! Easy beach access. Property clean, well maintained. Could use updated router as WiFi very slow. Downside is limited parking-only two allotted spaces per condo. Enjoyed a morning of kayaking, and several great restaurants including Boca Bay, South Beach Grill, and Blue Water

This is the third summer renting this property for our annual beach vacation. The location is beautiful and quiet and offers a great view of the ocean! Enjoyed our usual restaurant haunts: Oceanic and Blue Water. Property was clean, but noticed the furniture is starting to smell musty from the all the humidity. There were a few minor maintenance issues that were reported to Bryant Realty on our departure date.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo is well laid out with separation between the master and guest rooms. The Kitchen is large and very functional if you want to cook. Our only complain was that the AT&T Wi-Fi is terrible. It is as slow as dialup and drops often. It had to be rebooted a couple of times every day to work at all. Parking could be a problem in the busy season as only two spaces are provided and there is not any general parking if you have visitors.

We rented this condo for a month after selling our house. The unit has everything to make it easy to live there and be comfortable for that amount of time. The view is amazing. They were accommodating when we asked to extend for another week. The wi-fi is a bit slow, but not a bad thing for a beach stay, a good reminder to slow down ourselves and enjoy the beach.

Disappointed in how dated this rental is. It is in desperate need of updating - especially the bathrooms and overall decor. There are much better properties on Wrightsville available for rent.

My family has vacationed at Wrightsville Beach for more than twenty-five years. This summer, due to the fact our party was much smaller, we opted for a condo instead of a house. Also, we decided to change our location to the Shell Island end of the beach. We were very pleased with the property and its location. The property was roomy, comfortable and well equipped. In addition, it offered a lovely view of the ocean. We would definitely consider this property in the future.
