Description

"Ocean Kure" unit A3 at Kure Beach Villas is located in the heart of Kure Beach with an oceanfront view and steps to the boardwalk! This spacious townhouse is everything you imagine a beach house to be. You can live like a local by taking advantage of the fully equipped kitchen. This beach house comes fully furnished with 4 bedrooms each with an attached bathroom, a modern kitchen and open concept living.

Enjoy the beautiful east coast sunrises or calming sound of the waves crashing from the main floor balcony or top floor primary bedroom balcony. The primary bedroom has a King bed with an additional Twin bed. Or you might rather enjoy a quiet retreat for coffee in the morning or a good book in the evening with the sunset off the two main floor balconies attached to two of the additional bedrooms - one bedroom with a King bed, one with a Queen. Enjoy viewing Kure Beach Pier from our decks and is less than 2 blocks to enjoy a stroll out to the end of the pier and enjoy a view of Kure Beach and Carolina Beach from the ocean.

With all the amenities you could want including, pool, high-speed wireless internet, DVD player, washer/dryer in unit, Jacuzzi tub in master bath, TV in each bedroom, garage parking, cookware and Keurig coffee maker. The townhome is furnished with a small dog crate, 3 baby gates and a Pack N Play available for guest use.

Ground level bedroom and half bath is accessed through the garage. This bedroom has a Queen bed, a Twin bunk bed and a pyramid bunk (Twin over Full). There is a chairlift from the ground level to the second level. This home is also right in front of the only wheelchair accessible beach access in Kure Beach. The garage contains beach equipment available for your use which typically includes 4 beach chairs, boogie boards, beach cart, cooler, sand toys and pool toys. Our guests continue to add to the stash so the list of equipment continues to grow but we can not guarantee all of these items will be there.

When you are ready to explore, "Ocean Kure" is located within 2 blocks walking distance to the Kure Beach pier, shops and restaurants. Want to explore outside of walking distance venture further or see history and nature? Fort Fisher, Fort Fisher Aquarium and ferry are only 3 miles away. The lively and entertaining Carolina Beach is a quick 5 minute drive and offers more restaurants, shopping, a carnival from Memorial Day to Labor Day, and well known Britt's Donuts at the boardwalk during the summer season.

*Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events. For more detailed information on specific pools, please feel free to contact our office.

This is a beautiful townhouse. Perfect location and extra touches like a changing table and beach cart. The only drawback is the queen bed is so uncomfortable. My husband and I never got a good night's rest. Sadly I couldn't stay again because of the bed. It's a shame because I loved everything else. Also when we arrived the code wouldn't work on the door. Didn't get much advantage of the early check in due to that. Got a whole 10 minutes. Had a issue also with someone taking the key to the pool but got that resolved. So I have to take that into account.

We will relay the information regarding the queen bed to the only, however it is very subject as to how each person likes their bed whether they like a soft or firm bed for sleeping. Our system shows that you did have a few issues with the door code, but our agent was able to assist and get you in the property to start enjoying your vacation. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at ocean Kure everything we needed was within walking distance or a short drive. There was even a fully stocked spice cabinet available! Our family unit consisted of three couples and each of us had a dedicated bathroom. We only wish that we could have stayed longer!

The location was great - we had small children with us and it was so easy to just walk back to the condo for lunch and bathroom breaks - walking distance to ice cream (which we all did every night)

Overall me and my guests (4 adults and 6 teens) enjoyed our stay. Location was optimal, place was clean, had lots of room, view of the ocean was awesome, and was nice to have the boardwalk right there. The kitchen was fully equipped. Prompt response from rental agency and owner for new coffee maker and to fix game table. A few negatives: parking could be an issue if more than 3 vehicles. It would have been nice to have actual bathroom mats and a rug in the entry way. We (especially the kids) were disappointed the pool closed on day 3, due to failed inspection. I did not request to be compensated, but do feel the agency/owner should have offered something. We paid a premium price that included a pool; which the kids only used once. I would still recommend this rental.

The owners do supply bath mats for their guests during each reservation. However, we will speak with the owners regarding the rugs for the foyer. So you know, the pool is ran by the complex HOA. Great Location with excellent amenities,many extras that are not listed. Advertises a pool but during our stay pool was closed due to inspection issues. Very close to the beach and excellent views from the south side balconies.

All of these areas are within walking distance from the front door. If you drive less than 5 minutes down the road you will also find Ft. Fisher, the aquarium, and the ferry that will take you to beautiful historic Southport. We're sorry to hear that the pool was closed for inspections during your stay. Very nice, close to the beach. Unit was clean. I am used to using more pillows so I wish for the pillows in the closets there would have been initial pillow cases for them. My only other disappointment was the pool did not have loungers or any chairs unless you took your own. The handicap chair lift was perfect for 2 of our handicap guests. The decks I would say needs some attention as spinters can be an issue if you dont wear your shoes. The wood has split in several spots and some nails are higher than the boards. Don't get me wrong we had a great stay but just some things we noticed.

The home was very clean, spacious and bright. The balcony allows you to hear the sounds of the ocean and it was so peaceful. The Bryant Real Estate team was tremendously helpful and kind when we encountered a minor issue. I would highly recommend this stay. Excellent location and excellent accommodations.

We planned for a week long family vacation. The property was absolutly wonderful. We arrived to a box of wonderful doughnuts and a very clean and tidy property. We had a wonderful stay with plenty of room for our family of 10. Great vacation. Thank you for your hospitality and welcoming home.

Very nice LARGE space in a perfect location. Close to the pier, easy access to the beach, nice little pool for everyone to use. Property was in good condition and everything was well stocked. Whenever we had an issue with something on site the management company was quick to respond.

My only grip was the internet went out daily, and for long periods of time. It was never an outage with the provider (spectrum) but we eventually figured out, was due to the in home set up needing to be fully disconnected and restarted. Owner needs to buy a new modem (do not use a spectrum modem). While on vacation our kids were doing school virtually and this made it basically impossible. Otherwise perfect trip. Would recommend to friends.

We had an incredible time at Ocean Kure. Right next to the beach so it was easy to run back for anything you need back at the house. The owners even came by and brought us some donuts! Would definitely stay again
