“Meant to Beach” is a beautifully renovated and spacious six-bedroom single family home that is perfect for reconnecting with family! The exquisite attention to detail throughout this thoughtfully laid out home provides all the comforts of home and tons of luxury so that you can vacation in style. As a bonus, this rental includes beach chairs and essential items plus stand-up paddle boards for those that like to explore. This is one vacation that you won’t soon forget!

The entryway of this home instantly makes you feel welcomed. Furnished with a gorgeous, patterned tile floor and business center that includes a wireless printer - this room sets the tone for this truly unique and amazing family home. Perfectly tucked away behind the pocket door you will find the washer and dryer. As you step into the main living space you are greeted by a fantastic open living space with stunning character. The living room is situated slightly to the left of the entry and is furnished with a large sectional sofa, flat screen TV, and provides access to the upper level of the home as well as the front porch.

Slightly to the right of the foyer is a fabulous dining room with exposed beams, a marvelous chandelier, and a large live edge table that seats 10 people. Pass through the dining room and you will find a breakfast table for 4 people, ample bar seating, and the incredible kitchen. The master suite is to the right of the dining area and is outfitted with a cozy king bed, flat screen TV, and has a beautiful ensuite bathroom that features a walk-in shower with subway tiles, his and hers sinks, and tons of natural light.

Outfitted with spectacular counter tops, stainless steel appliances, a chef’s pantry, wine cooler, and custom coffee bar this kitchen leaves nothing to be desired! Whether you are looking forward to cooking family meals on the fabulous gas stove or prefer to chill your favorite beverage in the cooler and order dinner from a local restaurant, this kitchen fits the bill. The unique stairwell adjoins the living room and leads to the top floor of the home. Beautiful pendant lighting gives a relaxing ambient glow to the room and the undershelf lighting on the coffee bar is sleek and convenient. There is access to the back deck that features a gas grill and stairwell to the fenced in back yard. A full bathroom with a walk-in shower just off the kitchen is great for entertaining guests while preparing meals.

There is a stairwell beside the breakfast table that leads to the lower half of the home. A mother-in-law suite gives a great separate living space that includes a kitchenette, bedroom with queen bed, full bathroom, sizable living room with sofa, flat screen TV, and a porch. Across the stairwell is a loft bedroom that is perfect for kids, teens, or can double as a secondary living room! The loft room has a sectional sofa, large flat screen TV, access to the back yard, garage access, and a neat spiral staircase that leads to the loft with two twin beds.

The top-floor of this home features three additional bedrooms and a full bathroom. The first bedroom to the left has a queen size bed that has convenient storage drawers built into the bed frame, a flat screen TV, and a hidden balcony overlooking the stairwell that can be accessed through the bedroom closet. The bunk room has four twin beds, a flat screen TV, and closet – perfect for kids! The third bedroom is a spacious king room that has a sitting area, flat screen TV, and closet.

Nestled on a quiet residential street with the convenience of being in the heart of Wrightsville Beach. The public beach and sound accesses are just a short walk away. Enjoy dazzling sunset views over the intracoastal waterway from the comfy rockers on the front porch or grill out and soak up some rays in the fenced-in backyard. Pet Policy: No pets allowed.

We celebrated my Parent's 50th Wedding anniversary here, and it was a perfect home to fit 3 families with all of the kids and grandkids.
This is a beautifully designed and furnished modern family friendly vacation home within a couple of walking minutes from the beach. It was just so easy to simply wake-up, and within a few minutes of walking we were on the beach for walks and early morning sunrises. The views were spectacular, with the fishing pier just another few minutes walk to the left of us when on the beach.
The second floor entrance of this home leads into a large spacious open concept living area that includes the Gourmet Kitchen with all that we needed to keep us happy during our visit. There is a spacious Breakfast area, Coffee bar, Dining area and Lounge. The living area leads out onto a large front balcony porch where the whole family gathered for beautiful views of the sunrise while enjoying a cup of coffee and breakfast. At Sunset we could also step out onto the back porch balcony and enjoy a glass of wine, have a family barbecue, or just sit and enjoy the beautiful view over the inland waterway. We also spent a few nights by the fire-pit in the back-yard, with perfect evening weather and a very nice deck area.

The Central Family living area was very centrally located to provide easy access form all the Sleeping areas, including the Lower Lever Apartment.

The beach and waterway are steps away from this unique vacation home. If we had to rinse off the sand and saltwater there is a back-yard outside shower stall with hot and cold water which we found very convenient.

This tastefully designed modern vacation home truly provided everything we could have wanted and made our vacation and celebration very memorable. We had a great family reunion vacation! 3 generations under one roof. Had the best week. The house allowed us all to eat dinner together, watch a movie together and the youngest were not disturbed while napping/ sleeping. Plenty of room

This home was one of the best vacation properties that I ever rented. It easily accommodated all 7 of us comfortably. It’s an easy walk to beach and there is a lot to do here. I highly recommend this home for a large family

Great location in the heart of WB. Our family had enough room to spread out and not get in way of each other. Lower level space was not as clean as the rest of the house. We stayed here in the summer of 2020 and the updates are nice!
