Description

Make your vacation memories in "Maritime Merriment", an upscale 4 bedroom 3 bath duplex at Carolina Beach! This comfortable and colorful unit offers partial ocean views, three decks, and plenty of room to relax.

The first floor features a street side bedroom with a Queen and Twin bed. This floor also has a full bathroom, laundry room, and a pool side bedroom with two Twin beds. The second level hosts an open design of the living room, dining area, and well equipped kitchen that is perfect for gatherings and family dinners. Sit out on the deck overlooking the shared pool as you watch the children play or soak up the sun. On the third level there are two main suites with King beds and private en suite bathrooms. Every TV is connected to Spectrum cable and is complete with a Roku stick. Use the Spectrum app for cable and log into your own streaming accounts on other apps.

"Maritime Merriment" has everything you will need for your vacation and one you will want to return to every year! For larger family groups that would like to be close by to one another please ask about renting the adjoining unit, "Mom's Merriment", for a total of 8 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms!

While vacationing in Carolina Beach, be sure to check out the Boardwalk area, where you will find shops, restaurants and the summer activities such as fireworks, carnival rides and live music. Watch the fishermen come in with the catch of the day at the marina or dine out with the family. Only a few miles south to the Fort Fisher Historic Museum, the Civil War battleground and the NC Aquarium. Make plans to visit Carolina Beach today!

*Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events. For more detailed information on specific pools, please feel free to contact our office.

We had a good week with family from all over the USA. The stairs were an issue for the older members. We had been told several times that there were two bedrooms on street level. The Bryant members assured me each time this was true . This was absolutely not true! I felt this was dishonest.

Great location!! Unit needed attention!!

The rental unit was in a excellent location. Quiet neighborhood. Three blocks from beach access. Near restaurants, shopping, Fort Fisher Ferry and Aquarium. Unit was not properly cleaned or maintained.

We had a wonderful time at the this rental. It was big, clean and had a lot more kitchen appliances and gadgets that I thought. It was a great getaway for our family. We really enjoyed it. There are a lot of stairs but that was not a deterrent for us. The views off all the decks were amazing. We would rent this home again for sure!

Our stay was really great here. The beach was a short stroll to the beach. The place was very clean and had nice little touches throughout. The keurig coffee machine, a white noise machine, roku on every TV, and the couch in the living room was also a pullout! The pool needed some extra cleaning but we think it was from the surrounded tree debris. We used the net and the kids were able to still swim in it. This was not something that prevent us from coming again.

The house was wonderful and it had all the amenities we needed. It is a short walk to the beach. We used to be an OBX family, but now that our daughter is at UNCW Carolina Beach will be our new beach stay.

It was a good vacation with the exception of the roofers who damaged my bf truck and said they would pay to fix it then never sent the check.

Overall a nice place. We liked the pool, the furniture and the kitchen layout and tools. No bath on dining/living floor was a little inconvenient. The TV was a little hard to use if you were not in on modern technology. The biggest minus was the number of steps. Needed the exercise, but groceries and luggage was quite a haul up 28 or 42 steps depending on the level you accessed. Next time I will plan a little better when packing.
