Description

The covered sound front porch of this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom lower duplex known as “Low Tide” is the perfect setting to enjoy Banks Channel sunsets and boating activities. The beach access is just steps away from the rear of the property and there is a private sound front beach that reveals itself at low tide. Enjoy a private beach picnic as boaters and sea life pass by!

This popular vacation rental features private decks off the master bedroom overlooking a quiet wooded street as well as a sound front deck that has partial views of the Intracoastal waterway - a great secluded spot for those in need of some rest and relaxation! The primary bedroom has a queen bed with private bathroom and direct access to the deck. A hall bathroom services the two guest bedrooms, both of which are furnished with two twin beds. The hallway door can be closed to separate the main living area from the sleeping quarters, which is a very thoughtful and convenient perk to reduce noise transfer for families with little ones that go to sleep early or groups with early risers!

There is plenty of space in the open concept living and dining area for everyone to spread out and kick back enjoying the sun all day. The additional kitchen table is a bonus area for fun family activities like card games, puzzles or hosting a few extra dinner guests.

This home is a great get away spot that has been treasured by fisherman, boaters, and families for years! For groups and families that need extra space, reserve the upper unit “High Tide” for a total of 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. This unit comes with a boat pulley for tying up a small boat. The dock and boat slip is not included with this rental.

Occupancy: 6
Stay Requirements: Sunday to Sunday rental in summer. Minimum of 2-night stay in other seasons.
Bedding Configuration: 1 Queen, 4 Twins.
Parking: Driveway is accessed from South Lumina. Covered parking for 1 vehicle, additional parking for 3-4 vehicles in the driveway.
Pet Policy: Pets welcome with a nonrefundable fee. Maximum of 2 pets per reservation.
Prohibited: Smoking, RV’s, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.

In need of some TLC. Coffee pot needs descaling and pillows are quite old and stained yellow. The mattresses need to be replaced. Other than that, it’s a great little place to stay! Bring your own pillows and a tolerance for grandma’s guest room mattresses and you are good to go!

Very tidy, comfortable rental. Far roomier than expected and fully equipped for all of our needs. Older but well maintained, felt like home very quickly and easily. Just a short walk to two public beach access locations. Management addressed any issues promptly.

We've been coming here for over 34 years and are lined up for return in 2023. Great location and perfect for our growing family needs (upper and lower). Proximity to the beach is great, the porches are great and the dock-side beach/dock space is perfect for our watercraft and for being our favorite spot to chill.

Bryant management was great. Response to any issues we had was immediate. The repairman was so nice and helped us figure out our tv issue. We love the location for our grandchildren.. sound and ocean access by walking a short distance. Kitchen is equipped very well. Couches in family room need replacing. Very uncomfortable. Been there forever.. (only complaint)

Great stay- great weather, the house was clean and neat on arrival with some new updates. House is in a great location on the channel with dockage and a beach and right across the street from the ocean, located south of the main town quiet. The Bryant staff was responsive and helpful when needed and made the check-in/check-out process simple. Pre-reserved for 2022.

I throw our experience was very good. We knew the house is an old row with very outdated furniture but also we’re thrilled to be able to bring our two golden retrievers with us so expected the house to be outdated. It was clean, well stocked, NMM excellent location so very easy for us to overlook the outdated furnishings. We understand there are new owners now and will be interested to see what improvements they make to the house. Love the front deck and so did the dogs! Only real negative wise the trash was not picked up far we got there so the outside cans were completely full and no space in the cans for us or the people in the upstairs unit.

The unit is under new ownership so some exciting upgrades are in the works some of which you got a taste of. The owners have already replaced mattresses, added loads of new décor, drapes, and pillows - as well as updated bedding which has significantly spruced up the place! Happy to hear the unit was nice and clean for you - we hold our housekeeping staff to very high standards. As for the trash, due to the holiday the trash pick up was delayed - hopefully it didn't cause too much trouble. We'd love to see your family back at Wrightsville Beach soon!

We were lucky to be able to get this rental when everything else was already reserved, and we appreciated getting to stay there. Wrightsville Beach is gorgeous. However, we were faced with large cockroaches in the unit, and an inconsiderate group of renters directly above us. The renters in the upper unit invited hordes of visitors and frequently spilled food and drinks while out on their front deck. More than once, their spillage fell straight through the cracks into our laps when we were trying to enjoy our own deck. The other renters also took over the unit's dock on the sound side (all day every day except in the rain), so we no opportunity to enjoy it ourselves.
