Located at the northernmost end of Carolina Beach, vehicular traffic is virtually non-existent, ensuring a quiet and relaxing vacation and easy access to the beach. New features for 2019 include new 55-inch flat screen tv, new porch furniture, and new microwave. One block away is the Carolina Beach pier, including a new tiki bar for adult beverages.
The large master bedroom features a king bed, flat screen tv, and a private en suite bath. The second bedroom has a full and twin bed, as well as another twin trundle bed, accommodating up to 4 guests. This bedroom shares a large jack-and-jill bath with the third queen bedroom. Both rooms feature flat screen televisions with dvd players and game console hookups--perfect for the children. A half-bath powder room is also conveniently located off the living room.
An open concept living room, dining room, and kitchen allow for continuous enjoyment of the ocean views. Off the living room is a large covered deck where you can enjoy a cold beverage and relax in the shade while still enjoying the ocean breezes and views.
The fully stocked kitchen and full-size washer and dryer allow you to enjoy the comforts of home as well as save money by preparing your own meals.

We had an amazing time on our trip! The location is perfect as well. We had everything we could have wanted for our stay, and the beds were so comfortable! As other reviews mentioned, parking was a bit tricky...but it can be that way anywhere at the beach.

We have been to Carolina beach for the last three out of four years. We love to vacation in this area. The place we stayed was called family time, we rented through Bryant real estate. Everything was excellent! We were just steps from the beach and enjoyed the week. The weather was amazing, and the Ocean was just right. Overall we had a great vacation!

We thoroughly enjoyed the ocean view and our recent beach vacation! Quiet end of the beach which we loved. Short walk to the ocean for a quick dip or a day on the beach. Beautiful condo with plenty of room for all and comfortable furniture. We were very much at home. Only drawback was the designated parking spaces which should be more clearly marked. Otherwise, it was a lovely place to spend a vacation.

Besides the location being ideal, this 3 bedroom condo felt like I was in my home away from home. Tastefully decorated and spacious. Keypad entry code tailored to the occupant, which made the code easy to remember. Wish it had been available another week as I would have stayed longer. Would definitely stay again

the perfect spot. about 100 meters away from the pier. everything was as it was explained on the page. very clean, linen was in plastic, had to make beds(no issue. there is a parking diagram but a tenant had parking in front of the authorized spot, so we parking in front of the residence.

This is a very nice property, and it is as represented on the website. A lot of nice upgrades have been done and the decor is very cute and beachy! It is well maintained and was clean upon arrival. This unit has an awesome view! The only down side as far as location for us was the difficulty accessing the beach. Unless you’re going to walk a bit, you have to climb over big rocks to get on and off of the beach! It’s challenging! We did enjoy the lack of crowds on this stretch of beach, though!
Bryant Real Estate was very easy to work with and were quick to take care of an issue we had with the WiFi. Knowing where to park wasn’t very clear, and knowing what all trash bins had to be taken to the road by us was also unclear. (We only had stuff in 1 can, but many other cans had stuff in them. We ultimately took them all.) But Bryant had very recently acquired this property, so we’ll give them a pass on these things. They were good with giving reminders about the trash!
Love the town of Carolina Beach and it’s small town feel! Highly recommend Deckhouse Restaurant! We also enjoyed Hang Ten Grill, and the Tiki Bar and Grill on the pier. Also love Elijah’s In Wilmington! And it’s on the Riverwalk, so you can make an evening of it! We love Wilmington!

Beautifully updated condo in quiet part of Carolina Beach. The condo was spacious, clean and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessities. My favorite part of the condo was the view of the ocean from the balcony. The location was perfect for us, it was close to the pier and located on the North end of Carolina Beach. The only downfall was that the closest beach access was closed due to beach erosion. We only had to walk another block to the next beach access so it wasn't a problem for us. The unit was within walking distance to the Pier and Freeman Park. The Boardwalk was a little over a mile down the road, we enjoyed a few nights down there shopping and going to the amusement park but our favorite night was the Thursday night fireworks. We also drove to Downtown Wilmington and went to Riverwalk which was beautiful. We had a wonderful dinner at Elija's, I highly recommend! The only issue we had was that when we went to get our check-in packet from the Real Estate office after hours, our packet was not in the lock box. Luckily, the property manager was still in the parking lot and noticed that we needed help. She was awesome and opened the office back up and got us all set, great customer service. We would definitely stay here again!

The unit was very nice. It had all we needed to enjoy our stay. The view of the beach off the front porch was very nice. The location is very near the pier so it was a quick walk to the beach. The unit is very close to where folks can drive their vehicle out on to the beach so there was often a long line of cars out in front of the unit during the day waiting to get onto the beach. Not a problem for us as we had adult children but may be an issue if you have young kiddos.
Our big complaint was the folks that live in the other 3 units. They are overly particular about how you park, how much noise you make, and are not overly friendly. We received a call from the rental agency about how we parked and the amount of noise we were making while we were there. I felt like the complaints were a bit overly sensitive. We were out on the porch the first night talking and laughing until midnight but we did try to be good tenants and be conscientious of the other guests. Also, 2 of the cars of the other guests were broken in to the first night we were there. The break-ins occurred at several homes on the beach and we were told that it had been happening for the past 2 months. They did get coverage of the person breaking in to the cars so hopefully this will alleviate the issue.
I think this unit would be excellent for older couples or folks who are very quiet but I would not recommend it for families who may be apt to make some noise or for folks who plan to bring more than 2 cars.
