***As of March 9, 2024, the HOA informed us that they will be shutting down the indoor pool/hot tub area as of April 8th.
The work involves draining the pool (3 days); erecting scaffolding (1 full day) and then having the contractor come in and do the removal of the existing baffles and installation of the new baffles. The contractor estimates this could take 4-5 weeks to complete the phase of the work. Once the work is complete, the scaffolding will be removed; the pool will be filled back up, chemicals balanced and water re-heated. This takes a minimum of 3 days. They estimate the pool and hot tub will not be accessible until at least the second week of May if not later. All involved will do their best to ensure the work is done in as timely a fashion as possible, but there are factors that may be out of our control that could change the timeline. ***

Step into this gorgeous, newly renovated condo and just "Drift Away". This property has been updated from top to bottom with new flooring, lighting, cabinets, furniture, etc. The property is located on the first floor and has stunning ocean front views from the wrap around porch.

When you enter the property, you walk into the spacious open concept living, dining, and kitchen area. The kitchen has all new appliances, attractive countertops, and beautiful, two-toned cabinets. The island has barstool seating for four. As you make your way across the room following the ocean views, you will find the natural wood dining table with bench seating. A jukebox is tucked into an adorable nook and beach themed décor surrounds you. The living room offers the perfect place to relax and cozy up on the large couch in front of the electric fireplace or sit and watch the waves roll in through the unobstructed sliders. The sliders open up to the wrap around porch with breathtaking ocean views and a picnic table for outdoor dining! There are also Adirondack chairs on the deck for lounging.

The condo has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The first bedroom has a Full day bed and television in the room with access to the deck. The bathroom has a stand up, tiled shower with a glass door and a single vanity with a Bluetooth mirror. The second bedroom has a Queen bed, deck access, and a television in the room as well. The bathroom has a shower tub combination with tiled walls surrounding and a large double sink vanity with a Bluetooth mirror. The spacious primary bedroom has a King bed, television, sitting chair, and sliders that lead out to the deck. The en suite bathroom has a massive barnwood style, tiled shower and double sink vanity with Bluetooth mirror. Off of the primary bedroom is a game room with arcade games, large connect four, monopoly rug, and other fun surprises!

Ocean Dunes is an ideal year-round vacation spot for families! Located at the southern end of Pleasure Island, in Kure Beach next to Historic Fort Fisher, Ocean Dunes occupies one mile of beachfront with several private beach walkways. Included with your reservation is access to all the amenities Ocean Dunes offers, as well as the Recreation Center. Amenities include three outdoor pools, a children's playground, tennis courts, a basketball court and a shuffleboard court. The Recreation Center has an indoor pool, whirlpool/spa, gym, saunas, and showers. For Recreation Center Hours and Information, call 910.239.1370.

*Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events. For more detailed information on specific pools, please feel free to contact our office.

Prohibited: Pets, Smoking, RV’s, Boats, Boat Trailers, Golf Carts, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.

I loved this place. Awesome condo with Game Room, Beds were Comfortable, big Couch, Laundry, Deck was big. wrap around our porch, 3 bedroom and 3 baths, Kitchen had all you needed, Wifi in bathroom mirrors, beach is a few feet, you can hear the waves crashing at night, People in office were very nice, hassle free checking and out, Indoor Large Pool and Hot Tub. TV out on Deck. I was very pleased with everything. Will be back.

This place is amazing, all you ever need in one place.

Loved the décor, The beds were comfortable, Loved the game room with Pac Man and Simpsons Game, Big Livingroom, The view from the Balcony was awesome, Everything was cleaned spotless, 1st place I have stayed that everything was immaculate. Kitchen is fully stocked even with spices, Mirrors are Wi-Fi enabled, 5 TV's, Elevator was helpful. Bryant Realty was so very nice and helpful. Will be back.

Amazing stay at Kure Beach with Bryant Real Estate. Can’t wait to book our next trip!

This place was beautifully updated and decorated. The ocean views from the living room, master bedroom, and even the kitchen were amazing. The place was so nice! We also loved having the rec center across the street for morning workouts and the kids loved the tennis and shuffleboard. Fully stocked with everything you need! We will definitely return. Everyone at the rec center and Bryant were super helpful whenever we needed anything.

My wife and I stayed at this condo in late September. The condo is beautiful and wonderfully appointed. It's very spacious and comfortable with a perfect location right on the beach. The only suggestion I have is to include instructions for all the new technology (smart TVs, even appliances). Other than that, there is not a single thing we didn't love about this place and would definitely book it again.

We loved this condo. First, the location is right on the beach. Couldn't be a better view or place to sit and take it in. Second, the condo is completely updated and beautifully decorated. The incorporated technology is wonderful. The kitchen is completely outfitted with everything you would want/need. The property management team does a really good job of keeping everything clean, sanitized, and well maintained. The office staff communicated well and there were no surprises.
