The second bedroom has a Queen bed and is conveniently located beside the hall full bath with tub shower. The third bedroom has a Full bed and on suite half bath. Extras include an in-unit washer/dryer, 60” 4K TV in the living room. and high-speed internet access. Carolina Surf is a premiere ocean-front condominium located in the heart of Carolina Beach, North Carolina. After four years and a multi-million-dollar renovation, Carolina Surf now offers brand new, luxury accommodations in a virtually new building inside and out! Each condo features 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms with breathtaking views of the Atlantic.

The town of Carolina Beach is conveniently located within a 20-minute drive of the City of Wilmington, which has significant shopping, dining, nightlife, points of interest, and historical significance. It is also within a five-to-ten-minute drive of the Fort Fisher Historical Site, the NC Aquarium at Fort Fisher, and the Fort Fisher-Southport Ferry.

*Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events. For more detailed information on specific pools, please feel free to contact our office.

We had a lovely time together and were so happy to be in such a beautiful condo right on the beach. It was so pretty, clean and has wonderful views. I hope to stay here again. The only drawback is only one parking space on the property but paid parking is close.

The condo is in an absolutely perfect, secure location. The beach is gorgeous. Condo is well decorated over all. I’ll agree with other reviews in that having blankets over the couch (which wasn’t the most comfy) and chair in living room is a bit... odd, but at the same time honestly that seems cleanlier. Overall, the rest of the furniture was actually impressive to me as far as a rental property goes. Bed was very comfortable. Kitchen was very very well equipped. Parking is easy. Some things that would’ve been nice would be to know more specifically about some amenities: there were two hairdryers, a hair straightener, and a clothes steamer. No laundry detergent is provided, however one pod for the dishwasher was (they have you do all dishes and put them aways before departing). There was hand dishsoap, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 TP for each bathroom and well as hand soap (no other toiletries such as shampoo/conditioner/body wash). Beach towels are available to rent (at this time, $7 per towel for the week) upon making the reservation. No beach chairs are provided. That being said, there are numerous companies that rent chairs/umbrellas either a day at a time or the whole week for a discount... and they set them up and take them down every day for you. Honestly, I liked that more than dealing with doing it ourselves.
We would 100% consider renting this unit again in the future and would highly recommend it to anyone!

The Carolina Surf condo was amazing. Super clean and welcoming. The view was amazing and the double patio was so fun! Highly recommend if you are looking for a place on Carolina Beach. It’s also within walking distance to a bunch of restaurants. Only hard part was having 1 parking space - but we were able to pay for parking close by. Highly recommend!!!

We enjoyed our stay at Carolina Surf. The condo looked like it had just been remodeled with new kitchen and bathrooms. Decorated with art and stylish furnishing. The sheets over the couch and chair were not so high class, and since we were not allowed to bring pets, not sure why they were there, but I can und how difficult it would be to keep a white couch clean. I enjoyed the large windows to look at the ocean and being walking distance to so many restaurants. The folks at Bryant were awesome.

My sister, cousin, and our families have been coming Carolina Beach our whole lives and we are in our fifties. We have stayed in nine bedroom beachfront homes adjacent four bedroom beachfront homes all along the Carolina Beach oceanfront. This was one of the nicest houses we have ever stayed in. We absolutely love the location the cleanliness the rooftop balcony and everything about the condo we were also very happy with our leasing through Bryant real estate. Thank you so much

The location was perfect for us. Oceanfront, beachfront. Access to everything we needed within walking or bike riding distance. The apartment was immaculate.
Be prepared to make your own beds and remove all the linens as well at the end of your stay. Not a big deal, it was just surprising.
Also, bring your own supplies - paper products, cleaning supplies, shampoo/soap.

We've been coming to Carolina Beach for vacation for 10+ years, driving 900-1200 miles to do so, staying in houses and condos. This stay presented the most challenges of any so far. Not an awful stay, but could have been better. First, only one parking pass,so one of our cars had to pay to park for the week($150); pool not ready, bathrooms and floors weren't cleaned (we called and they did send a crew who handled asap - but just gross when you arrive and find diarrhea splatter on the underside of the toilet seat, toothpaste in the sink, and dried food on the dinner table. Codes were needed for the elevator and stairs, but those weren't given at check in - I had to call to get. Nice new furniture and kitchen appliances & dishes; AC worked well. No door handles on the inside of the master bath doors - hard to close the door - bizarre?

We love this location and the unit was perfect for our family of five. Would have slept more if needed.... Only complaint would be that the coffee pot didn't fit the maker and you had to hold it in place during the entire brewing cycle... That should be replaced. Otherwise, we loved our week at Carolina Surf!

This was the second year we stayed in this condo. We were just as happy this year as last. The minor issue with the tub was taken care of quickly. We love the location, directly on the beach, pool, boardwalk, food. We took the sunset cruise and enjoyed that very much. It was a very nice vacation.

1st day we were issued a $60.00 parking ticket for the time we were unloading the vehicles. then we were on the beach and the maint. person came to check out to check on the issues from the last rentals, didn't fix them said it would take too long, air conditioner wouldn't cool the unit there was a fan in the third bedroom and the unit was extremely hot in the afternoon and night. If they are going to issue tickets the realty needs to notify the renters so they will know, also the window passes we so that the wind blew the tickets off the mirrors immediately. Don't know if I will ever return to this property again I have stayed in the past and haven't had a problem.

Darrell- We are sorry to hear all wasn't as expected. As for parking, we unfortunately have zero control over how an HOA enforces those rules but hate to hear you received a ticket. Our Maintenance Technician indeed performed a check on a/c and found no issues although we realize during the time period you were visiting we had an un-seasonal hot spell, resulting in a/c unit doing its best to keep up with desired temperatures in units with many windows. We hope you'll give it another chance as this really is a great unit. Thanks again for your feedback.

We (5 adults 3 children) totally enjoyed our stay at the condo. The property was exactly as described, very clean, kitchen was well stocked. Loved, loved, loved the view and the upper deck was fabulous. Close to the boardwalk,we walked almost everywhere,loved Brits like everyone else. We swam in the ocean every morning and the pool in the afternoon. Walks on the beach in the evening and even flew kites. It was an excellent experience, we are going to try and do it again next year.
