Enjoy the “Bayview” and watching the sailboats pass by at this conveniently located 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom lower floor condo. Just a short walk to the beach, coffee shops, restaurants, surf shops, and a small family-owned grocery store. You can’t beat the central location of this family friendly home!

The covered deck provides a great outdoor dining space with partial views of the Intracoastal waterway. An open concept floor plan with hardwood floors welcomes you into this lovely property and is a perfect space for gathering the family whether you are watching TV, cooking a meal, or playing evening board games. Savor a home cooked meal at the kitchen table or grab a quick snack at the convenient additional bar seating – a great place for enjoying breakfast on the go. The living room has sliding glass doors that connect to the deck outside and has ample seating for your family and friends.

Down the hall you have a full bathroom with a combination shower tub that services the guest bedrooms and any visitors. There is a twin bedroom that has two free standing twin beds and makes a great accommodation for children or junior family members. A second guest bedroom features a comfortable queen-sized bed and is perfect for guests. The master is at the end of the hall with and provides travelers with a cozy queen-sized bed, flat screen TV, and a private ensuite bathroom.

Assigned parking for this unit is located behind the property in the gravel lot. The entrance to the property is accessed via the left-hand exterior stairwell and the entry door is on the right once you reach the top of the stairs. There is an onsite private laundry room for added convenience. The laundry facilities locked in privacy and are located on the ground level inside a storage room. Keys to access this room are located inside the property.

Stay Restrictions: Friday to Friday rental in Summer. Minimum 2 night stay other seasons.

Parking: Assigned parking for 2 vehicles in gravel parking area.

Clean and tidy. Not fancy but comfortable. Shirt walk to beach. Beautiful water views. Needs a few updates but would stay again for sure.

So let me start with the location was amazing. I was able to turn my kids loose this year. Being within walking distance of wings, roberts, vitos pizza was percect! Now onto the house itself...
T.V.'s were way to small
Beds were doable, but by day 3 i was wishing for home and my bed that isn't a,rock.
The owner really should replace the fridge. That thing has been fixed so many times even the repair man was shaking his head. Bryant was quick to supply us with a spare so our cold food didn't go bad. It was hard to cook on the stove with lop sided eyes.. Upgrade that too. A.C went out on day 5. They were real quick to get the repair man out thanks for that. Parking in back its a nightmare... Being able to use the garages would be helpful. I didn't like the laundry being separate but we managed. Over all in a pinch i would rent it again, but I don't plan to be in a pinch next year..

Sounds like the location worked out great for the kids being in the heart of downtown WB, there are plenty of shops, restaurants, and more to keep you occupied. I will definitely make note of your suggestions and pass them along to the property owner. I know she is working diligently to make improvements currently with new mattresses, new sofas, and much more on the way we are excited to share down the road! The fridge is on order but appliances are a bit backed up currently due to the pandemic shortages which is why we had a loaner fridge in there! Hope that wasn't too much of an inconvenience. The parking can be quite difficult but the assigned parking ensures you will always have two spaces! Our reservation staff are always available to answer any questions you may have about a specific property during the booking process if you choose to look for a different unit next time you visit! Hope to host your family again!

Couldn't beat the location -- easy access to both the beach and the bay. And while many people would say that the property is a little dated, it worked wonderfully for our crew with younger kids because I didn't have to be paranoid that they were going to break every little thing. Our only real complaint was that the stove needs some TLC -- some burners were questionable, but could be fixed relatively cheaply -- and pans were warped. If you're going to be cooking in, maybe bring your favorite pot and pan. Laundry is on a separate floor, but it didn't cause any issues. We're already trying to work out what week we want to book to come back!

The unit is certainly free of bells and whistles but it is still a cozy, spacious, and affordable unit right in the heart of downtown Wrightsville! Maintenance and management spent a lot of time in the unit before the season completing maintenance projects, a spring clean, and unit inventory so while it seems dated, it is definitely well kept. I will put in a maintenance request about the stove and make a note for the owner to review. I will also run down there on the next turn and see about replacing some pans. We appreciate you choosing to rent with our company and would absolutely love to see you guys back next time, keep us in mind!

Great location! Loved the view of bay and short walk to beach! The house needs a little love though- cabinet didn’t latch when we arrived- it was duct taped shut. Couple of chairs were falling apart. Floors should be washed between guests- my feet were filthy in the first half hour walking barefoot inside. Provide a vacuum for guests to clean during week. Fasten dishwasher to counter compartment.

There is a provided vacuum in the back bedroom closet for guest use as well as a broom since all the floors are linoleum. Please know our housekeepers are held to very high cleaning standards, and the unit is thoroughly inspected after their clean to ensure it's up to those standards. Feel free to call our office if there are any cleanliness issues on your arrival, we would be happy to send a cleaner to correct any issues found so your stay is comfortable! We really enjoyed our experience at Bayview! The view from the deck was really beautiful, particularly in seeing the sunsets. The location is great being blocks from downtown. The indoor unit was comfortable and well-laid out for a family of 4. The Public Access to the channel was a little tricky, but the walk to the beach was close. We heard very little noise from the units upstairs, only the sliding doors opening to the deck and if something was put down on the floor. Overall very enjoyable!

We had a great stay here! It was the perfect location for everything that we wanted to see and do in the area. The beach was just down the street, which made getting to and from very easy. My only recommendation would be to have cleaning supplies available for your guests (dish soap, a broom etc.). This would help both parties. Thanks!

We stayed here for a week during peak season. The rental was clean and easy to access for five adults and a baby. Any issue we had with the property, management handled professionally and quickly. No WIFI, but was nice to unplug.
