Realty group was very professional, provided emails, an app and a personal phone call to ensure check in and stay was smooth. The unit had beautiful views... ocean for sunrise, intracostal for sunset. Unit was very comfortable.

An amazing two week vacation! This condo has everything you need and more!! The best views, comfortable, and close to everything!! Put a TV in the other room and boost the wifi and it would be perfect!!

My daughters and I had a lovely week at this unit and plan to return again next year. Many pros: great kitchen and dining/ common area, views are amazing, pool area and beach access is great, building has good security, AC works well, located centrally with easy access to the Loop for walks and runs. Cons are only a few and minor: bathrooms are a little outdated, with very loud fans, recliner in living room had been disabled to prevent reclining, no tea kettle for boiling water, wifi does not reach the back 2 bedrooms. Overall, this is a great beach condo in a well-kept building with a great location and many nice amenities. You won't be disappointed!

This is a lovely condo with a beautiful view of both the ocean and the sound which allowed us to view not only sunrises and sunsets but also a full moonrise. The condo furnishings are very comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped.
A couple of minor maintenance issues arose and Bryant Real Estate was very prompt in making the repairs.
We would definitely rent this property again!

Had a great week. Condo is very clean and in secure building. Pool was great. Right on the beach. Everything worked just fine. Definitely would stay there again
