Up the staircase, you will find a bedroom with two twin beds, a television, and large closet. Down the hall, there is a full bathroom with a shower/ tub combo, single vanity, and tiled floors. Flowing from the hallway is the fully equipped kitchen. Upgraded appliances assist with the preparation and cleanup of meals for the whole group! The large dining table seats eight and four barstools line the island to provide additional seating. The living room is a great place to play games together or just relax. Off of the living room is a fun, bright deck with high-top seating for four and two additional seats for birdwatching or just enjoying the scenery.
The top level of the property has another guest bedroom with a Queen bed, television, and large closet. The tiled hall bathroom has a shower/ tub combo and single vanity. The spacious primary bedroom has a King bed, his and her’s closets, and a private ensuite bathroom with large shower and double vanity. This room also features a private deck with a spiral staircase that leads to the rooftop deck with ocean views. This is the perfect spot for soaking up the sun!
While vacationing in Carolina Beach, be sure to check out the Boardwalk area, where you will find shops, restaurants and summer activities such as fireworks, carnival rides and live music. This is a pristine, newly-renovated condo within easy walking distance to the beach, which offers the Alabama Beach Access restroom as a bonus attraction. With 4 bathrooms, it accommodates large groups of 10 to 12, and it is on a dead-end street so traffic isn’t a problem. Since it is just now available, now is the best time to book your favorite time for this fall or 2024.
