Overall, the unit was fine. It could use some fresh paint and new rugs (they were pretty dirty). Downstairs bathroom lights should be replaced - very dark. Internet was spotty. Location was okay but noisy. Brawl at bar one street away at 2:45 am was unsettling. Beach was very accessible and not too crowded. We love Wrightsville Beach and will return but probably not to this unit.

This was the perfect location for me and my 3 sons to reconnect for the weekend. The property was clean, well stocked and less than a 5 minute walk to the beach and pier. The beach is beautiful. Our first visit to Wrightsville. We will be back!

We really enjoyed this rental ! The location. Is awesome. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and there is parking ! Essential in this area. The place is dated but really clean. Everything is walking distance. Thank you !!

The stay was good. The house was clean and had everything needed. Great location to the beach and shops on the strip. The biggest issue we had was the neighbors were fighting and woke us up a few time with their argument and language. This would have nothing to do with the property just poor timing for us and the family. We just didn’t expect that with it not being in season that we would have to work around this.

Most of the unit had been renovated with exception to the kitchen which was a bit dysfunctional. Unit had Oder which was hard to get rid of. May have to do with furnishings?

The townhouse is 4 up from the beach, amazing location. No views, but so close. Front faced the street and it’s a little noisy. Back was an alley and other units. I was disappointed with the furnishings and bedding. Not very clean. I ended up removing bedspreads b/c they were musty. I washed very dirty blankets/coverlets that were in the closet (they were dusty and musty as well), They actually came out white and of course smelled �� better after washing. By the way, nice to have a washer. Another nit picky item, used sponges were left for cleaning in the kitchen. Supplying a new one (less than $1) or the throwing out the old would have been better. Finally, lumpy beds and pillows. If you don’t care about any of this, condo is a fair value. Keyless entry and communication from the rental company was great.

The property was nice and enjoyed having two master suites upstairs. The bedroom downstairs was also good having the two twin beds. The kitchen was furnished with everything we needed. The parking situation worked out good also. The only disappointment is that we think we left a laptop and it was not found.

Older property but well maintained and you cant beat the location. Very reasonably priced compared to other smaller places. Very nice that each bedroom has its own bath. Had some trouble with the fridge alarming during our stay. The rental company sent someone right over and was able to quiet the alarm eventually. As we were checking out the owner was having a new fridge delivered. Would not hesitate to stay here again. Actually this was our second stay, we also rented here in November.

We had a wonderful stay. There were six of us. The rental was spacious, clean, easy to access and within walking distance of the beach, a good restaurant, fun dive bar, the pier and about a 15 minute walk to surf shops, a grocery store and ice cream. I would highly recommend staying here!

Overall, the stay was fine, but I was very disappointed in the old appliances and Bryant’s response to the broken dryer. Last year when we rented the place, it took 1.5-2 full cycles to dry a load in the dryer, so I was shocked when I returned 365 days later to find the same dryer!! Further, when the dryer stopped working on the 2nd day of our 7 day trip I wasn’t surprised and assumed this issue would be quickly resolved. However, 2 full days later (3rd day without operational dryer, and we have 5 children under age 12) the dryer still remained broken. Although it was ultimately replaced, the communication throughout the ordeal was less than ideal. Moreover, the quality and capacity of the replacement was less than optimal given that this is a beach rental.

Great location. Down the street from the beach and walking distance to restaurants and bars.

Only complaint is that we had to rent bath & bed linens. I feel like those should be included.

We had a wonderful stay at the Sherman beach house. There was plenty of room and the location was prime. Quick walk down to the beach or into town. We would definitely come again!

We very much enjoyed our week and our stay at this unit. It's not super spacious, but we still felt very comfortable with seven people. Having three bathrooms definitely helps. The outside shower area is very convenient; the decks are nice, and while a little small, the kitchen had most everything we could want. The ice maker was a champ. The single problem we encountered was that the coffee maker was really gross. It wasn't just stained inside, but was caked with filth that made it unusable until we scrubbed it with bleach and ran hot water through it a couple times. But, I know that, if we had reported it, Bryant would have taken care of it because they were totally on-the-spot with fixing a blown circuit breaker and getting us hooked up with the wi-fi password. Great people. Great place. Thank you!

The place is as it is depicted in the pictures. Outdated but you can see that from the pictures. The wifi is so slow it essentially doesn't work. tv with only very basic channels. Carpet looks old and dingy, but otherwise the place is clean. Matttresses seemed old and cheap and were not that comfortable. Overall the place needs some updating.

Stay Requirements: Saturday to Saturday rental in summer. Minimum of 2-night stay in other seasons.
Bedding Configuration: 2 King, 2 Twin, 1 Twin Day Bed, 1 Twin Trundle.
Parking: Assigned parking on site for 2 to 3 vehicles.
Pet Policy: No pets allowed.
Prohibited: Pets, Smoking, Use of Fireplace, RV’s, Boats, Boat Trailers, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund. All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).
