This place was great, comfortably fit 6 people. Very clean, linens and towels included was a nice bonus, plenty of linens. Ping pong table and outdoor TV/patio area was fun to have. Walk to beach was about 5-7 minutes. Check in process was easy.

"Sandy Bottom Retreat" is peacefully tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac and only a few short blocks to the beach. This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom, townhome is sure to make a wonderful first impression. It’s perfect for a get away from your busy life.

The first living level of this townhouse greets you with a cozy open living space with beachy décor to enjoy while preparing a meal in the well-equipped kitchen. This home boasts Smart TVs and clean, open spaces, along with a fenced in yard and outdoor shower. Don't forget your K-cups as they also provide a Keurig coffee maker for a pick me up anytime.

Down the hall there is a bedroom with a Queen bed and a full bathroom. The upper level of this property has a kid’s room with two Twin beds and a full bathroom. The beautiful primary bedroom has a King-sized bed and private on suite bathroom. Balconies on both living levels are great for sipping a beverage or listening to the waves.

One great part of this wonderful family home is the furnished outdoor living area that really begs you to enjoy each other's company and reconnect with your whole group, or catch the game on the outdoor TV. An enclosed outdoor shower makes rinsing off after a day at the beach super convenient.

While in the area be sure to check out the Carolina Beach Boardwalk, where you will find shops, restaurants, and the summer activities such as fireworks, carnival rides and live music. Take a stroll around the lake, which features farmers markets, paddleboats, festivals, and Sunday movie nights in the park. If you still want more, take a short drive down to Fort Fisher for some exploration of the battlefield and a leisurely visit to the NC Aquarium. Stay Restrictions: Three night minimum stay in Summer. Minimum two night stay other seasons.
Bedding Recap: 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twin.
Parking: Parking for two vehicles in driveway.
Prohibited: Smoking, Pets.
Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed.
Property Security: For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have exterior security cameras located to view the parking area.

Note that this property adjoins another of our listings, C258-Just Beachy which is also Three Bedrooms and 3 Full Baths. With 2 homes under one roof you can easily invite friends or bring the extended family to enjoy a memorable beach vacation at any time of year!
Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).
