We asked to have the adjoining door unlocked and someone from the management came over in less than 5 minutes. The adjoining door was a total game changer. So convenient for all.

Location was great, just three houses from the beach. Condition of everything inside was below expectation, old and not kept well, very worn out. Balconies didn't have any covers so they were useless during the day as the sun burned on them. Furniture was very old. AC filter vent was covered with about an inch of dust. It probably haven't been cleaned in ages. I am sure filter hasn't been replaced about the same time.

Even the rain didn't damper our stay. The house was nice. I think it could have been updated a little. The dresser drawers were all falling out and the kitchen was not organized but other than that it was clean. We would stay at this house again. Great location close to beach and the pier.

I have stayed at rentals with Bryant for at least 10 years. It is clear that the between guest cleanup has gone downhill. The not very clean dishes were still wet in the dishwasher,the dishes in the cabinets were in disarray and some were greasy. The main floor bathroom appeared clean but with a distinct smell of vomit. When I mentioned this to the office, no response. I guess I'm supposed to clean the floor on arrival? I have stayed in the Ramsey West Unit in the past. East unit is showing signs of decline: The faucets of kitchen and main bath spray water like a firehose, hard to have slow water flow. The kitchen cabinets inside are splintering and the only cutting board is a not very sanitary pull out.There is a tree branch scraping against the main floor bedrm window that needs trimming.There are no mirrors in the main bdrm, 3 people have to share the bathroom mirror.
I well know the set up from many years, but don't want to start my vacation cleaning up!Great location and E. Henderson was happily more quiet the week we stayed.

My family enjoyed a great vacation at Wrightsville Beach due in part to fabulous weather, the wonderful beach and the rental home layout and location (close to the beach!

This popular townhome is located on East Henderson Street in the center of Wrightsville Beach and is just a short stroll to Johnnie Mercer’s Pier. You will be in the center of all the attractions Wrightsville Beach has to offer!

This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhouse features an open concept living area on the first floor. The living room is furnished with a large Roku-enabled TV so you can watch all your favorite shows as you relax on the plush sofa. A wall of sliding glass doors fill the room with natural light and the first-floor deck off the living room provides breathtaking ocean views. The kitchen overlooks the dining table and living room so the chef in the family can join in on conversation while preparing meals. There is a convenient full bathroom on this level that can be accessed from the hallway or the adjoining bedroom. The first-floor bedroom is furnished with 1 twin and 1 full-sized bed.

Upstairs is the primary bedroom which has a cozy king-sized bed, a private deck with ocean views, and a private ensuite bathroom. There is a full-sized washer and dryer in the upstairs hallway for added convenience. The third bedroom is furnished with two standalone full-sized beds. “Ramsey East Unit” is a popular pick for many returning guests as it lends itself to families, provides ample parking, has two decks that have wonderful ocean views, and is just steps from the beach.

For larger family gatherings, rent the adjoining unit W148 “Ramsey West Unit”, for a total of 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, dining and living areas! There is a connecting first floor door between the East and West units that can be unlocked with advance notice for larger families renting these units in combination. Stay Requirements: Saturday to Saturday rental in Summer. Minimum of two night stay other seasons.
Bedding Configuration: 1 King, 3 Full, 1 Twin.
Parking: Off-street parking for 4 cars in carport and driveway.
Prohibited: Pets, Smoking, Use of Fireplace, RV’s, Boats, Boat Trailers, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.
Pet Policy: Pets not allowed.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).
