The unit was as described on VRBO. The unit was very clean, and was in the perfect location for a Wrightsville Beach vacation. Close to the pier, and you can walk to nightlife and the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

A Summer Place development is very well managed, neat, clean, well landscaped.
The unit bed and bedroom furniture were very nice. Bathroom recently updated. The kitchen was another thing; The range/stove was from another century, very difficult to use the oven.
The balcony and views and closeness to beach are perfect.
The Palms bar next door sometimes was a bit loud and roudy.

The oven is a bit older, but clean and functional nonetheless! I will make a note about the desire for updated oven and relay that to the owner on your behalf. The location is excellent and if you are a smaller group and only need a bed or two, it is definitely worth it to be close to the beach and have your own parking. Loved the location, rental was clean. Checking in time to me was too late and the checking out time way to early. It was very loud in the mornings with the street cleaners and lord don’t forget the parking POLICE checking those meters. The parking prices have really gone to extremes. I also think you should be able to bring your own linens and not have to pay for that service. It was good just to get away.

Glad to hear you had a lovely time at the condo, Linda! We hold our cleaning staff to very high standards so I am happy that the unit was nice and clean for you. Our check in and out times are very standard for vacation rentals since there is such a tight turnover between guests. For Wrightsville Beach alone, we turnover 140 properties between 10-4pm which allows us enough time to ensure the unit is properly cleaned, linens delivered, maintenance has time to correct issues, and the unit is inspected by our staff. We used to allow guests the option to bring their own linens and did not supply them, but due to heavy negative feedback, we switched our linen package to automatically include linens for each rental. You always have the option to bring your own linens and leave ours to the side of course! Hope you had a wonderful girl's trip and we'd love to have you back anytime. *UPDATE: As of 04/17/2021 the bathroom was fully renovated and owner is planning to replace flooring Fall 2021.*

When we arrived the rental smelled like it had been closed up for awhile. The smell went away once we opened windows and sliders. There was a lot of mold in the shower, not sure how housekeeping could have overlooked it. We contacted the rental company and they cleaned it on 2nd day. Great location, its an end unit. I would recommend this building, but there are other units available that are much more updated. The deck furniture was cheap resin Adirondack chairs, which are very low, so there was little visibility to enjoy the view while seated. Many of the other units have higher tables and chairs that provided a nice sitting area and view. Wrightsville Beach is a great place to vacation. The reason I would not recommend this unit is because there are others in this building that are nicer and more updated.

We had rented a house right on the beach, unfortunately that one had damage from the hurricane. Bryant contacted with another place right around the corner from the original place.the new place was a perfect replacement. Only problem was waking early because of working being done on the outside of building, but understood the reasons why it needed to be done.

It was a great Condo,the only draw back was the stars,I'm disabled and did not realize the number of stairs I would repeatedly climb.Location was perfect though.Also upon checking in the property management had a vacant lot for check in/out,but I was told I would have to pay for parking while I waited the 6 hr check in time of 4pm which I thought was ridiculous,because from our balcony the next day we saw other renters park in the lot for hours.I would like to suggest someone look into this parking policy.Overall though a great weekend.

Securing an elevator sounds like the best approach to prevent another issues from arriving. Regarding parking in our lot. We do not allow any parking in the lot unless visiting the office. We also have an arrangement with the Silver Gull Motel down the street - it is likely you might have seen one of their employees park there and go to work. As I am sure you felt - parking on the beach is quite the commodity. During the busy check in day, we do not allow guest to go to the homes or park in our lot. The traffic an congestion on the island exacerbates our teams ability to turn and prep the properties so consequently we have had to take a firm position on this matter in hopes of improving all guest experience as a result. Love this place! Definitely stay here again. Cozy bottom bunk with real comfy mattress great for person under about 5'8". Like having two bedrooms without the cost. Queen in master also super comfy. Sofas good for TV watching. Netflix, Amazon Prime, Pandora and cable...all available.Good wi-fi too. Location less than block to beach and pier. Bathroom clean, no tub,just shower.Shark's Restaurant next door has reasonable specials. The Palm Room, also next door, gets noisy sometimes. One minus are the kitchen backs..uncomfortable for eating regular meals. Location on 3rd level (garage on lst), and no elevator, so not for folks with mobility issues. Bryant Realty answered our few issues promptly.

We enjoyed the stay. It was in the perfect location. We made the new Shark Bar and Grill our home and met some great people. We were able to walk to many places, and were very close to several restaurants still on the island in a short driving distance. We had a great time, and would recommend to anyone looking for a convenient experience, with a great ocean view.

Rented the condo for the week for my mother and brother. Mom didn't want to leave. Great view from balcony. Nice furniture. Well appointed. Tiled large shower was also a big perk. Very comfy mattress said mom whose standards are very high. Will definitely rent again!

I love WB. It's a cool beach. "Lipovan" is a sacred spot for me. It will be forever in my heart. I still have 13 more days. Today the fridge door broke and earlier the garbage disposal broke but all are being taken care of by BR. The staff at BR are incredibly kind to me! I'm in a personal crisis and so what better place to heal than at the ocean. Sundays coffee shop is the best. I've done lots of art. Written a ton. The location is perfect but some nights noisy from bars next door. I'm an old fuddy fuddy so you know. I sleep a lot;). Did you know the name lipovan means "old believer" in Russian? I love that. I think of God Himself telling me all will be okay and to stand firm in my ancient faith. So I do. I will be here on my sobriety celebration and Valentines Day. I don't think I could pick a better place. XO and thanks for partnering with me on my journey.

Enjoyed our stay. Perfect for our needs. Enjoyed balcony where we could sit in sun and watch all the activities below. If I had been cooking during our stay, I would have been intimidated by oven. Antiquated. Living area definitely needs to improve lighting - lamps were not tall enough or bright enough to read by. Floor lamp would help tremendously.

Our home “Lipovan” is perfect for an individual, couple, or small family with young children. Accepting short stays and flexible arrivals year-round makes this home a great option for that spontaneous last-minute beach get-away, even during the summer season!

“Lipovan” is on the second floor in the condo complex, A Summer Place, which is conveniently located less than a block to Johnnie Mercer’s Pier and the newly constructed public bath house that leads to the nearby beach access. Offering one private bedroom, one bathroom, and built-in bunk beds for the junior members of your family. The primary bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and has direct access to the deck. The open living and kitchen area has a sleeper sofa and access to the deck. You will love sitting out in the salt air watching the waves crash, sunrises and sunsets, and watching all the action that goes on at the pier. There are built-in bunk beds set in the nook off the entry that make a fantastic sleeping area for young family members.

Pet Policy: No pets allowed.
Prohibited: Boat Trailers, Smoking, RV’s, Boats, Pets, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).
