Description

Welcome “Seagrass,” one of Wrightsville Beach's most stunning beachfront properties. Situated in the heart of historic Wrightsville Beach, this beautiful 5-bedroom, 5 ½-bath oceanfront home offers panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean to the east and Intracoastal Waterway to the west.

After a relaxing day on the beach, rinse off the sand in your private outdoor shower before ascending to the expansive wrap-around porch on the first floor. The two first-floor bedrooms feature Queen beds and private full bathrooms. The focal point of the main kitchen is a beautiful Lazy-Susan that seats eight, along with all the necessary appliances and unobstructed views of the Intracoastal Waterway. An additional kitchen and dining area provide ample space for entertaining or catching up with loved ones.

Step into the expansive family room that offers ocean views through a massive four-bay window. Watch beachcombers amble along the water’s edge, grab a book from the library, or just settle in and relax to your favorite program or sporting event on the 55-inch flatscreen TV.

On the second floor, a bedroom with two single beds and a primary bedroom suite with a King-sized bed offer comfort and tranquility. The wrap-around porch is adorned with a half dozen rocking chairs and a hammock.

The third floor features a dormitory-style room with six single beds, a sitting area, and a small TV for entertainment. Outside, guests can enjoy sunbathing during the day or stargazing at night, experiencing the true beauty of "Seagrass." Welcome to your slice of paradise!

Occupancy: 10. Strictly a family vacation cottage (no singles or groups of unrelated occupants allowed). $500 Refundable Damage Deposit Required For All Reservations.
Stay Requirements: Friday to Friday rental in summer. Minimum of 7-night stay in other seasons.
Bedding Configuration: 1 King, 2 Queen, 8 Twin, 1 Twin Day Bed.
Parking: Assigned parking on site for 4 vehicles.
Pet Policy: No pets allowed.
Prohibited: Pets, Smoking, RV’s, Boats, Boat Trailers, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.
Featured Amenities: Covered Parking, Extra TV's, Flat Screen TV's, Dual Zone Thermostats, High-Speed Internet, Washer/Dryer, Beach Chairs, Deck Rocking Chairs, Ocean Front, Single Family Home, Private Beach Access.
Excluded from Rental: Property will include sheets for each bed and pillow cases. Towels can be rented at cost on the rental agreement or provided by the guest for additional savings.
Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).

Bryant Real Estate, established in 1952, is a professionally operated firm that is licensed in North Carolina and hired by the property owner to manage “W158 – Seagrass” as a vacation rental.

This is our eighth year of staying at this property. Obviously we like it a lot. The house has everything you could possibly need during your stay. Location is great. Property manager is the best!

Our week at Seagrass was the perfect location for our multi-family gathering. Gorgeous views of the ocean and sound were exceeded only by the sunrises and sunsets we saw daily. We were in the perfect location to experience the hatching of multiple sea turtles and to observe the excavation of the ]remaining eggs about two evenings later. Checked that off our bucket lists!

The absolute perfect vacation rental for a family of 10. Plenty of room for family mingling and wonderful porches and other areas for individual or small group gatherings. Classy but comfortable furniture with beautiful coastal accessories and other accommodating amenities provided a lovely setting for the young and old in our family. My 90-year old dad frequented his favorite spot on both the oceanfront and street-side porches where views of the beach and Banks Channel provided endless entertainment. Happy hour and sunsets were always spectacular especially from the rooftop. We've stayed in some lovely homes at Wrightsville Beach but none more relaxing or memorable as Seagrass. Thank you, owners, for sharing this wonderful house.

Another fabulous week at Seagrass! The weather was perfect: no rain, mid-80's, low humidity and a full moon. We spent almost as much time sitting on the porches as we did inside. Thank you for sharing this lovely home.
