"A Summer Place" - (Available Daily, Weekly, Monthly) This unit has been recently updated! These units are available with a two-night minimum (one-night for "walk-ins") any time of the year, even during the summer season. Your bed and bath linens are provided at no additional cost. One bedroom, one bath condo located within a block to the beach near Mercer's Pier. Ideal for an individual, couple or small family for a quick getaway or extended stay. Combination living/dining/kitchen, a deck with ocean view which can be accessed from the living room and bedroom, washer/dryer and one reserved parking space. The Daily Rates are based on an occupancy by 1 or 2 people ($5 extra per night for each additional person). LIMIT: 4 Adults, 2 Children. Prime rates Memorial Day - Labor Day.
